I'm trying to link a shared calendar on our server to each worker's
individual calendar. That way, when a collegue makes/changes an appointment
for him/herself, it will automatically be entered onto the group calendar.
An acceptable alternative would be to have a "button" which would copy to
the group calendar when clicked. Our business is on Win XP and uses Office
2003
I thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.

to create a button, you'll need to use scripting. See outlookcode.com for
samples.

Hi,

Have you seen this?
http://www.ExchangeGroupCalendar.com

This automates the process you are talking about. You can have one o
more group calendars and they can be configured with a specific set o
rules to either accept or reject the appoinment based on appointmen
props.
it can even transform the original information into something els
(hiding subject or body, changing the label color.. that kind o
things)

regards,
John
