I have created a new folder within my personal folders - folder in Outlook
2003. What I want to do is send all my work based contacts to other members
of my company who work at different locations around the area, who have also
set up a new folder within personal folders. I can attach my contacts to an
email but can not copy and paste them into the new "Work" folder. Can anyone
help please.

Let's tackle the "can't copy and paste them" issue first. You have created
a new folder configured to contain Contact items. Are you saying that you
can't open your old Contacts folder and right-click and drag a contact to
that new folder or that you can select a contact and click Edit>Copy to
Folder? What happens when you try?

When I click edit>copy, to copy contacts sent as an attachement, and try to
paste them into the new folder the Paste button is not avaialable. The aim
of this project is for me to maintain a list of all work related contacts and
to up date it as and when necessary and then email the up dated list to all
others in the department.

Can't you drag the attachment to the Contacts folder?

Thanks dragging the items worked. It just shows how new I am to email. I
never thought about dragging the items to the folder.
