I have recently bought a new computer with Vista installed. My wife and two
children and myself have are all seperate users. At present if my wife logs
on and checks the incoming E-mails they are not visible when I log on and
check them. Is there something I alter so all E-mails in and out are visible
to whoever logs on? Also how do I stop some E-mails being sent directly to my
Deleted Items file?

Within the same account you could get her to mark them all unread.

You could set WM up to leave read messages on the server
which will allow other Vista /WM accounts tio access them.

Tools > Accounts > your email > Properties > Advanced > Delivery...
check "leave messages on server" box.
Also how do I stop some E-mails being sent directly to my
Deleted Items file?

In what circumstances?

As the E-mails come in some of them go directly to the deleted items folder . I am using Bullguard it may be something in that.>

Sounds like your antivirus is not compatible with Windows Mail.
Uninstall it, reboot, and try Windows Mail again. If the problem
is fixed, you've found the culprit.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see

Go to the advanced Properties of the account and check the box to leave a
copy on the server and the two boxes below that.

WinMail sends nothing to the deleted folder unless you have message rules to
do so, the sender is on your Block Senders list, or some third party program
is doing it. What anti-virus and anti-span programs are you using?
Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
