I have a access database with work orders, a open date column, closed date
column, and a status column. if my tickets go over ten days is there any way
the status column can keep up with how many days I'm over due (ten)? Thanks

Tony, if you create a form based on this table, you can have a calculated
field (using a text box off the toolbox in the form's design mode) come up
with the field value in the status column. I am not clear on what "ten days
over" means...10 days past the closed date? Or open date? Feel free to
clarify this, and send the database to me. Please write directly for faster
results.

Thanks for the quick response. I don't have the data base at home, so i can't
send it sorry. Here's the problem though, in the data base for my jobs I have
a column for open dates closed dates and status. When I open the tickets I
want to have them closed before 10 days has past sinced the open date. If I
don't complete the job within 10 days the status column will tell me how many
days I'm over due. Example I open a job on 1 jun 05 and on the 12th of june
it's still open under the status column it will say 1 day over due. I hope
this is more clear for you sorry for the unclarity on the first post.
