How can a WIN2k PC reboot on a schedule

Hi All

I have a set of WIN2k PC's that I need to reboot by themselves at midnight
everyday.
I know how to set up a schedule but I dont know the command or utility to
call from that scheduler. Any Ideas?

Shutdown.exe is part of the Resource Kit. XP comes with a shutdown.exe in
Windows' System32 subdirectory.
