how can a create a list box that uses date fields

I need to have a list box that uses a Helen date field.
An alternative would be to use a sql statement to select the data for the
field from another table using the contents of other fields on the record
that I want to update.
I am using access 2003 with the default JET database.

I've no idea what you mean when you refer to a "Helen date field", and I
don't see how having a date field in your list box relates to your
stated alternative. Could you explain what you're trying to do?
