If by "It always view in my ie browser/.." you mean the newsgroup
viewed through Google.com -- then you are unable to push google
through Outlook Express (OE). You can view the
microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.csharp newsgroup through a server
other than those hosted by Google but you will need access to a news
server which in most cases requires a valid user account to access.
Under the tools accounts menu of OE you can easily add a private news
server that hosts the dotnet newsgroups. When you add the news server
account you can search for dotnet in your newsgroups subscription
dialog and subscribe to all of the dotnet newsgroups that you like.
If you are in a school or other organization they may have the news
server up and running already.
