How backup Outlook easily?

I would like to backup my Outlook files eaisly but don't know how. Right
now, the path to the .pst is so long that it is cumbersome to backup using
Windows Explorer. Is there an easier way?

Hi,
You can create a bookmark to the location of the pst file then you can
get to it quickly: first locate at the folder that contains the pst
file, then choose "Favorites" menu, then "Add to favorites".
Next time you can open "My Computer" or any folder on you computer,
and choose "favorites" menu, to choose the bookmark you made, then you
will be located to the folder.
