Violin plays AMD for memory monster | The Register
"AMD and Violin Memory have ignited a love affair around Hypertransport
that should result in what the industry technically refers to as huge
DRAM appliances being connected to Opteron-based servers."http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/12/10/amd_violin_memory/

it's a much smarter idea to use standard hardware and better software
rather than exotic hardware.
