I have a mpeg with inappropriate text which
displays throughout the whole mpeg. Is there
a program which would allow me to remove
or blot out the text? It's not part of the original
mpeg, it has been added. Thanks
 
Well I tried it and it wouldn't work with mpg files.

Will this work? It is interesting, I don't know about mpeg. Often,
since mpeg is lossy, editors won't work with it. Convert to another
format maybe.

Hi-end and somewhat complex. Couldn't find the pdf docs which ran to

Virtual dub might do what you want, once you convert to .avi
