how 2 put a From on windows desktop permantley for data entry?

I want to put form on my windows desktop to that staff can use it to enter
data, it needs to be there all the time how can I do this please help
 
In Startup put the name of the form in the Display Form/Page box. Place a
shortcut to the db on the user's desktop. When the open the shortcut the
form will open.
