My OS is win2k, browser is IE6, connecting to Internet
via a router and cable-modem.

Usually it surfs the Interet well. BUT, when I visit
the sites of BCIS, it doesn't display the page and
says:

" The page must be viewed with a high-security Web
browser

The page you are trying to view requires the use
of a Web browser configured for 128-bit encryption."

What is the error of the configuration of my IE6?
..

Open IE > Help > About and check the Cipher Strength.

When posting the same question to multiple newsgroups, crosspost your
message. Then when someone responds in one copy of your post in one
newsgroup then others can see those replies in the other newsgroups and
won't waste their time providing the same answer. You only have to visit
one of the newsgroups to see all the replies - and the same for us!

Answered in your other separate post in microsoft.public.win2000.security.

I am sorry. At the beginning I posted my question in the
group win2k. After failing to get reply for a few hours,
I thought, most likely, it is my fault to post
at wrong group, because my question is of IE6. And so I
reposted at this group.

I'll pay attention to avoid reposting.

Most welcome
