Hovering Description

I'm on to my next brainstorm

I would like to set up a Report Switchboard. I'm trying to learn how to set up with list box etc. or yes/no with report title

If I do the yes/no with report title, is there a way to have a description pop up if you hover the mouse above the yes/no object or the label

Hopefully that made sense. Thanks guy
