Hover button links.

Is it possible to use a hover button that has mutlpie links attached. I am
useing a page with 4 frames (iknow there old school but work for what i want)
I want a hover button the be able to biring up a page in the left side and
the bottom frames. They will be different pages that are full on links or
what ever it is that i need. Any information would be great also if it is not
possible with hover buttons that type of button or clickable item would it be
possible with.
