HOVER BUTTON ERROR

I have a website built in FrontPage with HOVER BUTTONS.
This website works fine every computer on our network
except one. The computer that is having a hard time is a
Dell laptop with "a from scratch" Windows XP install. It
seems to work fine with other websites except the one with
MSFrontPage hover buttons. Can you help? I don't think
it is the website, being that our WinME and other XP
worstations read the site fine. Is there a problem with
my brower? I have downloaded all the updates that the
Windows update sit requested. Also I check the MS
Knowledge base and there was a similar bulletin, stating
that it is a problem with viewing sites in the XP button
format. It recommends classic style. I switched to
classic style and there is no change. If you can help me
I would appreciate it.
