Houstonians bracing for bad weather!

Arctic Blast will be hitting Houston and surrounding areas sometime on Tuesday afternoon. Folks here are not used to this kind of weather, hard freeze, winds at 25 MPH with temperatures in 20's, I am already shivering just thinking about it. Snow is expected this Friday :eek:

Here is a snapshot of the 5 day forecast.

Any tips for us novices?

Yes Farhenheit but just for you tonight the temp in Centigrade would be like -5 Deg.
 
Well here in Queensland oz, looks calm enough ..wind picking up a bit but shouldnt be nothing more than a light breeze i`d say :o
