house numbers

We have an address database with the street name and
house number in seperate columns.
I want to create menu where you type in street name and
you have a list box that lets you selct only the house
numbers for that street. Right now all I can get is the
street name and all the house numbers for all the streets.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
