Is there any way to set an hourly reminder with my Outlook calendar? Perhaps
an add-in.

We're looking to set this up for multiple users and would like to do this
with Outlook if possible.

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

When the initial reminder fires snooze the item for an hour. Do that until
you don't want the reminder any longer.

We considered that, but we want it to remind on the hour. If the snooze
isn't clicked within that first minute it pops, then it won't remind till 60
minutes from when it's clicked.

We're hoping to find something that will work for hourly the same as it does
for daily, weekly etc. This way we can send the invite to multiple people
and be assured that they all get the reminder at the same time.

Get yourself one of the many freeware alarm clocks available on the
Internet.

We considered that as well, but we wanted to keep it within Outlook since
there will be so many people using it. And we want to be able to send an
invite to all those people on the days we want to schedule the hourly
reminders.

In the interest of keeping the machines as clean as possible, we're hoping
to find a way to do it within Outlook.
