Hour Changes when Using ActiveSync

My boss has a motorolla MP220X, when synching his outlook via activesync, it changes the appointment by an hour. Any help would be greatly appreciated, not to mention make me look like a genius in the eyes of the boss!
 
Thanks, I went in there and everything seemed to be set correctly except the checkbox for adjust for daylight savings time wasn't checked. So I checked it and saved. I will just have to see how things progress from here. Thank you

Yep, that'll do it ... don't forget to change it when we put the clocks back. :thumb:
