I am using Microsoft Office as my email provider and I cannot receive any
email from people with hotmail addresses? How can I fix this?

You're posting in the wrong place: this newsgroup is for technical questions
about Microsoft Access database design.

Microsoft Office is not an email provider. Hotmail is, as are Google Mail,
MSN, etc. etc.; the Office program "Microsoft Outlook" is a mail reader (among
other functions).

Please post in the Outlook forum if that is indeed your email software.
