I can't pull up my old hotmail account and now I am logged into live
hotmail but cannot retreive my old contacts etc.
 
Why can't you? State your Outlook version, hotmail account type, what
happens when you try, how you configured the Outlook Connector, and the
steps that convinced you that this is an Outlook problem.
