I use hotmail via explorer and i would like to send messages using BCC as i
used to do in outlook-HOW do i access this as i cannot see any" boxes "on the
new mail tab

When using Hotmail's webmail interface and when composing a new
e-mail, what happens when you click on the "Show Cc & Bcc" link?

It's on the right hand side - just under "options".
If you still can't see it, are you using the Classic Hotmail? If so, convert
to a Live Hotmail account.
