In my Hotmail email Reply function the recipient receives a copy of the
message he just sent .How can I prevent this from happening .

This is not a hotmail newsgroup. TaurArian addressed your problem by
posting the link for you to contact hotmail.

Tried twice to contact Hotmail through their submittal form and each time the
green worm goes as far as four blocks and then stops and after a while I get
the message "Cannot find server" Hopeless
 
Welcome to the Windows Help and Support Newsgroup. Unfortunately your problem
is with Hotmail and you will need to contact Hotmail as I previously pointed
out.

suggest you make your own inquiries/research with the information I have

After you finish typing your reply, highlight and delete the message you
have received from the sender whcih is appended to the current page, before
you click the send button. Hopefully that will stop it from going back to
the sender.
I have not seen any other setting in the "New Improved Hotmail" we can
disable or enable this feature:-)
