Hotmail Plus in Outlook

Hello:

I am thinking to use Hotmail Plus to use in Outlook 2003, but If I don't
configure the Hotmail account to Received the message when I push F9, can I
receive immediately only the Heads when I do click with the Mouse in the
Inbox of Hotmail, similar to the newsgroups in Outlook Express when I go to
any group and I only receive the Heads?

Shouldn't you be asking this question of Hotmail support?

Not necessarily, because I understand there are users who still have the
free access and they use it in Outlook 2003, and the group is for helping
with experiences.
