hotmail password recovery

hello,
i had an email in hotmail and didnt use for some time and while i was using
it i prob'ly got hacked or something that i never knew and some1 changed the
password to my hotmail account and the secret question and i have no idea who
this person was and for what reason he did that but i wanted to know how can
i recover that and/or if there's some "special" helping way to do it

p.s.: hacked email (e-mail address removed)
new email (e-mail address removed) send emails n stuff to this one <<<

If you don't pay for the hotmail account, it's probably gone for good.
After all - how do you plan on proving that hotmail account is yours?
 
You probably got a point there but I made tht e-mail some time ago n I wasn't
18 yet at the time thts y I didn't pay, but I can give any information they
need and both my emails look very much alike and the information in them is
the same also like personal info, ... anyways thanks for the time again i
really appreciate it
