I once setup my friends outlook express with her optus mail and also her
hotmail. But now I'm using outlook 2003 for mail and It doesn't seem to let
me use hotmail with outlook2003?
 
hotmail is forcing people to BUY the ability to use SMTP support now a days.
it is not your fault.
