Hotmail/MSN

I just reinstalled Windows and Office on my laptop.
Now, when I click on Hotmail or MSN, Outlook crashes and restarts.
Settings:
pop, hotmail, msn.
Reading pane on bottom (which disappears and needs to be reset on reopening)
Navigation View (not folder view)

What is logged to the Event Viewer?

They are all (22) the same:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module pstprx32.dll, version 11.0.6254.0, stamp 4050a0c7, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0000fca7.
Except for this (which is not really different)
