hotmail message disappeared during spellcheck

Got in hurry and I broke two rules I have when getting ready to send a
hotmail email. One is, I didn't have it addressed and the other was I did not
copy the email before I hit the spell check button. Lenghty email vanished.
Any ideas about locating it. Or is it gone forever. Have checked all folders
and recycle bin.
