OK, do I have something set wrong?
I know Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same, but I remember with
Hotmail, in Outlook Express, junk mail would show up in the Junk Mail folder.
Why in Outlook does ALL my Hotmail initially go into the Inbox, then when
highlighted jump to the Junk Mail folder? I feel as though I'm trying to
chase it down.
Is this the native behavior for Outlook?

It's in the Junk Mail folder when Hotmail already has decided it's spam.
When you look at a mail in Outlook and Outlook decides it's spam it will be
moved to the Junk Mail folder. So basically you have 2 levels of Junk Mail
catching now instead of just one (OE doesn't have a Junk Mail Filter)

Well, Hotmail is truly amazing, because I have never had a single piece of
spam in my Junk Mail folders for any of my Hotmail accounts. That is to say,
since their new spam filter policies and my new Outlook. And, online, I
don't have it set up to automatically delete them, and the filter is set to
low.
I mean seriously>>> not one?! Come on.
I hate spam as much as the next guy, but I use Hotmail as an alternate for
my business, and can't afford to miss any.
It turns out, then, this is more of a Hotmail issue, not Outlook. But I
wanted to thank you Roady for your good work here, and for your response to
me.
