hotmail ! driving me nuts!!!!!

ok here is my problem i am working in a bank and we r
using LAN connection system and recently my administration
have changed the internet connection so from then on i can
get sign into my hotmail account.i can sign into my
massenger i.e.i can open my massenger but cant access my
account WHY? WHENEVER I TRY TO LOG IN MY HOTMAIL THE
FOLLOWING MESSEGE COMES "PLEASE REENTER YOUR PASSWORD" I
HAVE TRY IT SEVERAL TIMES BUT SAME MESSAGE KEEP COMING NOT
TELL ME WAT SHOULD I DO.MASSENGER OPEN BUT NOT HOTMAIL.
 
Typically, there's an explanation from hotmail or passport
website telling you why it is so. It also tells you that
you have to Enable the Scripting, that is, if using
Internet Explorer, click on Tools|Internet
Options|Security|Custom Level|(then below the Security
Settings dialog box look for Scripting and click Enable).
