hotmail account? will NOT work..

ok.. everytime i try to set the Windows mail up i cant get it. I have a
hotmail acct and a yahoo account. WHAT do i have to do to get it setup??
 
Hotmail is HTTP (web-based) email. Windows Mail (WM) can not
handle HTTP mail. If you upgrade to Windows Live Mail (WLM), it
will accommodate your Hotmail account.

Yahoo mail can be either webmail or POP. US-based free
Yahoo accounts have webmail access only. Neither WM nor
WLM will accommodate Yahoo webmail.
