Hotkeys for Maximizing Application Windows?

I am just getting started on Windows XP Professional. I
previously used Windows2K. I really dislike using my
mouse.... previously, there were hotkeys for maximizing
application windows. You would use the Flying Windows
key on the keyboard and then x. Is this no
longer a feature?

I see that you can still use Flying Windows and M to
minimize all.... but I am interested in MAXIMIZING.

Gracias
