Hotfix Removal

I need to remove a certain Hotfix because of some Video Editing software I'm running, but XP pro doesn't give me the "remove" button. I'm on a Compaq EVO4000
How can I remove it

Which hotfix are you trying to remove? Does the maker of the software say
to install it again later?

every hotfix has uninstall file in C:\windows
