Hotfix Patches

I'm having an issue right now after loading MS04-011 that
I believe may be addressed by Microsoft Patch KB 841382,
but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to
request this patch from Microsoft. I've been wandering
aimlessly through Microsoft's support (what a joke) site
for about an hour now and while I'm probably more familar
with this site than I ever intended, or cared, to be, I
cannot find any information on how to make this request.

Suggestions most welcome.

Telephone your local PSS office, as it says in the knowledge base article.
 
Article 841382 tells you what to do. If you just mention the bulletin name,
say you want the patch and answer any additional questions they may ask, you
will not be charged.

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product
Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs, visit
the following Microsoft Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;[LN];CNTACTMS

Note In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support
calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a
specific update will resolve your problem. The usual support costs will
apply to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the
specific update in question.
