Hotbar Tool Bar

I clicked on a button to "Upgrade Outlook - Add colors to
your email". It not only upgraded my Outlook but
installed a "Hotbar" tool bar that appears in IE and
several other windows. I've tried "Add/Remove Programs"
and it won't uninstall. I've tried My computer and
Windows Explorer and I get a message saying that it can't
delete "HbCoreSrv.dll access is denied. Source file may
be in use." How can I get rid of this tool bar, it's
obnoxious and annoying. Thanks of any help.
 
Exit Outlook, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer. Then try to uninstall.
Hotbar is spyware and you definitely don't want it on your computer.

Worst case, Ctrl+Alt+Del and select Task Manager (if it doesn't pop up
automatically) and end task on anything that starts with HB. Then uninstall.
