hot synch

I when to hot synch info for my Sony Clie to my PC but
something happened and i lost it all. All from my PC, and
allfrom my Sony Clie no addresses at all. How can I undo
this or find the data that has been erased. Will a system
restore work?

I don't know how that was managed.. but no.. A system restore would only
restore SYSTEM files. Undoubtedly the data you lost was not there on the
day Windows XP was first installed, before you touched it. =)
