Hot Sync

I changed the user name on my palm handheld and now I
cannot sync with outlook. I have changed the user name
and added the new profile on the conduit manager but that
hasn't made a difference. When I go to sync I get this
error message, "see online help for syncing multiple
handhelds."

Try the conduit manufacturer's support - Chapura or Pumatech, depending on
whether you're using PocketMirror or Intellisync.
