Todd,
I see no one has replied in past month.
Are you still looking for a solution ?
Take a look at our MetaDraw .NET winforms component
MetaDraw allows you to define multiple hotspots of any shape on an
image. You can draw the shapes with a mouse, or you can define in
code using coordinates. The layout can be saved and reloaded in
either a file or a database. Each hotspot can have one or more
associated tags ( strings, numbers, dates, whatever ). MetaDraw will
give you events when user moves in, out, over, hotspot, as well as for
click and double click on a hotspot. You can also have the mouse
authomatically change over the hotspot. MetaDraw also supports
scrolling and zooming ( hotspot map will scroll and zoom with the
background ). If you like you can toggle the visibility of the
hotspot areas.

Is it possible to have an image with Hot Spots
in an application (Windows Forms) created
using VS 2005? If so, how?
Thanks,
Todd Sparks
