Do you have PowerPoint installed? If you expected PowerPoint to be
part of Windows, sorry to tell you that it's not.
Neither Windows XP nor any other version of Windows has ever come
with PowerPoint nor with any other significant application software.
If you want PowerPoint, you need to buy it, either alone, as part of
Microsoft Office,
However, if you just want to view PowerPoint files, and not create
your own PowerPoint presentations, you can download the free
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/CD010798701033.aspx
