Hot keys for maximizing and minimizing windows

I am just getting started on Windows XP Professional. I
previously used Windows2K. I really dislike using my
mouse.... previously, there were hotkeys for maximizing
and minimizing windows. You would use the Flying Windows
key on the keyboard and then m,n, and x. Is this no
longer a feature?
