Recently I upgraded to
Intel Pentium 4E, 3016 MHz (15 x 201)
Problem is as soon as I start my PC the BIOS PC health CPU temperature shows
around 50degeree Celcius, is it normal? Is there any remedy? OR can I hope
for the best! Any enlightenment ! I appeal!

The reason that Intel dropped it's P4 line is the heat....
put the best CPU HSF you can afford...but even with good cooling, it will be
a hot proc.
(should have gone AMD)!!!

HSF? I suppose heat sink. An innocent you know! Any otheralternative? This
upgrade has cost me 12k, am turning blue with white on it.

Heat sink should already be an approved one. I recommended the biggest/best
High Speed Fan (HSF) that you can afford/fit. Alternative is water
cooling...much more expensive, somewhat more dangerous (leaks), and much
more costly in terms of maintenance (keeping fluid levels up; preventing
growth of algae and bacteria in the fluid, etc).

Make sure that the case fans are not working against each other. Use
some ties on the wiring to allow max air flow.

Just my 2¢ - I've got one of them "heat makers" on my system. I got a
ThermalRight SP-90 to cool it for about $40 (US). Don't forget to use an
Artic Silver type compound between the heat sink and processor. Just enough
to fill the gaps, but not too much so that it oozes out (a little bit of
experimenting is required). My processor is now at 36º C
