hosts & servers????

Help...Anyone :) ......Whenever I try to e-mail a project in WindowsXP, it comes up the host 'SMTP' could not be found. You must enter server name correctly. Account 'POP3'. What is that about??? I have about 22 outgoing messages now from over the years(LOL)! H-E-L-P, pluezze! Melanie
 
You need to verify that your outgoing mail server is set to SMTP
and outgoing.verizon.net
If using Outlook Express, Open the Tools Menu, select Accounts, then the
Mail tab and then the Properties button. Verify that Outgoing has the
above address (POP3 should be incoming.verizon.net ).
