As mentioned, same as before. I think the best source for an up-to-date
HOSTS file is:
http://someonewhocares.org/hosts/

It has been updated every month for the last couple of years that I have
been using it, I think.

I only update mine any time I notice that I get some popup that it didn't
catch, as I have to comment out certain entries, as on some site I actually
want the adverts!
