HOSTS file entry

How do I add an entry to the Hosts file (Windows\system32\drivers\ETC
\Hosts) from target designer? I could add an updated file at the end
of fba, assuming it won't be overwritten. I was hoping there was a
more straightforward way from TD that would allow this. Thanks.
 
I don't recall any component in TD that would allow setting HOSTS file lines.

How about adding the updated HOSTS file via your own component with the late build phase set?
