Hosting website on XP Home?

Hello everyone...can I host a web page on my WinXP Home
PC? I notice there is an option to install IIS, but not
sure where to go from there. Can anyone help me out, I
sure would appreciate it.
 
If you dont know how to use it or install it goto Start>>Help and
Support>>Search for>>IIS
