I'm hoping someone has a creative suggestion as to how to accomplish this.
The issue is that I've got a "master" presentation with all of the content I
need. However, I am presenting to do very distinct audiences. 50% of the
slides will be used in both presentations. But 25% of the slides will only be
used with one audience, and 25% will only be used with the other audience.
I'd like to avoid making two presentations, and it's going to be tedious to
go through and manually hide/show a bunch of slides any time I'm shifting
from one audience to the other (too much potential for a goof).
Word has the "master file" feature that allows the creation of a bunch of
"child" documents that can then be used in multiple master files so that a
coherent table of contents can be generated. I can't tell that PowerPoint has
similar functionality.
Any ideas? The challenge is that the presentation will be evolving over
time, and I'm nervous about trying to synch the shared content in two
differenr presentations continually.
TIA,
Tim
