Host recommendations

Can you guys recommend a good host that is relatively cheap? The one I'm
using now is nickel and diming me to death with extra charges for ASP and
database support, among other stuff. I need about 100MB or so, 30 email
accounts, the above mentioned, and decent support wouldn't hurt either!

1and1.com is getting a lot of press and isn't bad for $10 a month. They have
a special section of packages that are designed to work with Microsoft
products.

anything above 4 or 5 $ a month is expensive.

take a look at these two....
