I use the HOSTS file at http://webpages.charter.net/hpguru/hosts/hosts.html
and it comes archived with a PGP Signature to enable verification of its
authenticity, but I am not aware of any restrictions on its use or
distribution. I wouldn't touch a HOSTS file unless I had absolute
confidence in the source.
