No one here works for MS. This is a peer to peer newsgroup. We are all
volunteers. We have our own lives.

If someone saw your post and knew what to advise you to try, I am sure they
would have. I would, but I don't know the answer.

If you are in a rush and don't like the service here, you can always contact
MS Tech Support. Get out your credit card and hope they know the answer. I
believe it is still only $59.00, issue resolved or not.

Sorry, but it actually says very little.

By the way, this is a peer support group. People who *feel like it* respond
to posts here; they aren't paid in any way. If they are on a clock, it
isn't either yours or Microsoft's.
