I am having a problem keeping my homepage everytime I log off. I have been on the internet options and I click on the apply. I have deleated and tried everything. Can some one help me and does anyone know what the problem might be?

You have some spyware or adware on your PC. Goto your add remove programs
and remove anything you don't need or anything that is not normal or you
know you didn't install. You can do a search on Google for a tool to remove
sypware also.
